Everyday Life: Dinner is dreadful sometimes

Why is it so hard to figure out what to make for dinner every night?

Seriously? We have more than enough food in the pantry and fridge, so why, oh, why do I sit here for hours some days wondering what to make? It's not like what we're having for dinner tonight is going to significantly change the world.

Is it because I have too many choices? Is it because I'm always missing one or two ingredients? Am I just uninspired? Maybe I don't have enough recipes in my bin, and I need to expand my mind?

It really shouldn't be this to construct a healthy, yummy dinner every night. So thank you, Rachael Ray, for saving the day again. Here's what we're having tonight. Maybe, if it turns out right, I'll post pictures.

  1. Oooo,ooo, ooo! Do a once a week meal plan/grocery list combo! I've started doing this, and although sometimes I don't stick to it, and least I'm not sitting around bemoaning the fact that I can't think of anything to fix/eat or that I don't have the ingredients! Maybe it'll work for you~
