Everyday Life: A matter of survival

When you have an epic mess in the living room
and an explosive wreck in the dining room

and the baby is also a teething, drooly mess
there's only one way to effectively solve all three issues in 30 minutes before your Indonesian-bound guests arrive for dinner.
And then the rest of the pieces

just fall into

perfect place*.
*All events happened yesterday before this evil sickness stole my voice and the love of sleep from my sleep babes.

  1. OK - I am TOTALLY impressed. Mei tai's work magic on babies, but this is the first time I've seen them work magic on a house. Nicely done! :)

  3. The wonders of babywearing!
Good for you for knowing the tricks - sometimes I forget... and then kick myself when I remember to put Paige in a carrier five minutes before the task at hand is done :)

  6. Clearly, while I'm cleaning, I have priorities ... which includes taking pictures for my blog! Especially, since I've been doing "timed cleans," something a few of my Twitter friends thought of to make cleaning less mundane.

  7. Way to go! And with a sweet babe on your back I'm guessing you also got a 30 minute workout!

There's nothing better than good conversation ... but not while talking to myself. Will you play a part in this discussion?

AND will you pretty please have your email linked to your account or leave it for me so I can respond?

Thanks for taking the time to make these thoughts into conversation.
