Road Trip: And we're off!

Today, Melissa and I leave for Relevant 11 with baby G in tow {deep, huge breathe in and exhale}.

We'll be traveling in the style and comfort of our Chevy Traverse all the way to Harrisburg, PA for four days of good conversation, good friends and good moments of growth through listening to God speak to our hearts through speakers.

I was wondering, though, as we journey out today, would you pray for us?

Would you pray for travel mercies, safety for our families, open hearts and open ears? We would so appreciate it!

In fact, Lenae would appreciate your prayers, too! That's right; three of us from Bigger Picture Blogs are going to The Relevant Conference! And we'd love to take you with us!

But since we can't fit you in our suitcases, we'll have to take you with in a virtual capacity!

Be sure you are following us as we tweet out gems from our trip and truths gleaned:

Hope you enjoy Relevant through our eyes, friends!

Oh, and this, too!: Melissa and I had a great kick off last night with a live tweet-up for those of you in the Chicagoland area so as to rally votes for Marissa of The Mothers Milk Bank of the Western Great Lakes . It was wonderful to relax with free mini massages, a complimentary cocktail and good conversation before a 12 hour car ride across the country with a {very cute} baby.

Would you mind voting for Marissa of The Mothers Milk Bank? I will be telling you all about why milk banks are so important for community health later today, but in the meantime, would you give her and the milk bank your {quick and easy} vote? Please and thank you!

Disclosure: Our trip to Relevant is being generously sponsored by Chevy’s Driving the Midwest who has given us a tank of gas and a Traverse to get there. Our ride is also being fueled by Kawa Japanese and Asian Cuisine, Dr. Reena Jacobs of The Healing Groves, Curves of Lake CountyBigger Picture Blogs and Little Lake County, each of whome have provided one tank of gas for the trip. All opinions expressed are our own.
